We are searching for passionate consultants in the beauty industry at one of the world´s leading luxury brands in Malmö!

As a hired consultant, you must represent the brand and have a passion for beauty, customer service and sales. Your main task is to represent the brand and its values. With a high level of service and solid knowledge of the brand´s products and history, you constantly strive to create exclusive experiences for the customer.

As the position is a needs employment, your are booked on assignment and must therefore be able to show up at short notice and be able to work at least 3 days a week. We are also looking for consultants who can work during the summer period on a full time schedule.

We expect you to be available and flexible when it comes to working hours, for example, you must be prepared for evening shifts and weekend shifts, as this is when our customers visit the stores



Qualifications:

- You are a skilled seller with a flair for selling exclusive beauty products.

- You are flexible, self-motivated and responsible

- You take responsibility for your tasks and complete them

- You are a team player who knows how to put the team in front of the self

- You are a trained makeup artist or beautician, or have learned everything
about products and technologies through your passion for beauty

- You speak Swedish and English.



Your responsibilities:

- To achieve set sales goals through our business drivers

- Focus on recruiting new customers.

- Give advice on products in fragrances, makeup and skin care.

- Offer makeup consultations for our customers.

- Create exclusive customer experiences by communicating the brand's history and values.

- Prepare, clean, open / close the store.

- Inventory management in consultation with the store manager.

- Inventory of the cash register and reporting to the store manager.
