Slottsholmen is a privately owned hotel in Västervik on Swedens east coast
We have 33rooms and 10 suites , we are open everyday of the year, and have 3 bars,a cocktail/lounge bar, dispense/service bar and a small bar in out bath house/spa.

We are seeking an experienced bar person to help develop our current bar team

This is a "hands on " managers job, working within the team creating a cocktail menu, setting recipes, helping out on events/happenings, inventoties, and keeping control of purchases.
You should be willing to work evenings, and weekends , be able to perform under stress.
We are an international hotel, so English is a a necessity.
