We´re looking for a Junior Project Manager!

Your role

We are now looking for a smart and driven Project Manager with a strong will to continuously learn and develop. In your role as Project Manager you will have the overall responsibility for budget, quality and deliverables within your R&D project(s).
The main task for this role is:

· Lead our Research and Development projects and supply qualified products ready for market launch.

You will become a part of our product management team, where we together define our strategies and plans for our product development at Vehicle Systems. Working as a Project Manager will provide ample opportunities to further develop your leadership. Your ability to build and sustain effective communications and good working relationships with different roles involved in the project is critical for project success. You will report directly to head of Engineering.

Your profile

We are looking for a newly graduated candidate of a master degree in engineering faculty, who is enthusiastic by combine your technical skills and develop practicing leadership. This opportunity requires a highly motivated team player with ambitions to grow within management and leadership.

Required skills:

· Master degree in engineering faculty

· Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written

· Committed to practice your skills and willingness to learn

· Strong business understanding and customer focus.

This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.

What you will be a part of

Department Vehicle Systems develops and supports advanced vehicle-based electronics and sensor systems for demanding environments on international markets. The department has about 75 employees and is based in Linköping. You will work within the Product Area Vehicle Electronics, which is responsible for developing, manufacturing and selling computer and video systems for vehicles and handheld soldier systems. Operations include system integration, development of embedded computer systems and customer support in areas such as computer technology, advanced video transmission, displays and sensor integration.
