ABOUT THE ROLE
We have great ambitions, and it's not happening without a first-class team. As a member of the Digital Analytics team, you will be a trusted expert working primarily with our online data. You will focus on driving online growth and customer satisfaction by analyzing data and providing insights for our two brands, Comviq and Tele2.
Our team consists of nine skilled experts managing Advanced Analytics, Web Analytics, A/B testing and CRO. Being a part of our team provides great opportunities for you to develop your skills and to make a significant impact in steering our entire company to a digital first mindset. As a team we strongly believe in collaboration.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Planning, execution, monitoring, evaluation, documentation, and presentation of A/B-tests
Collaboration with CRO Experts, Product Owners, UX, Design, Content, and development teams to develop & realize our experimentation plan
Develop visual dashboards and presentations to present insights at both an operational and a strategic management level
Support establishment of data- and test-driven way of working
Stay up to date on the latest trends in digital analytics
Use various analysis tools to extract and analyze data


WHAT WE LOOK FOR 
We believe that you are always eager to learn new things and driven by curiosity to understand and implement new features.
We also believe that you have:
A couple of years’ experience in a similar role
Hands-on experience working with A/B-testing and relevant platforms e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO.
Solid understanding of tools/techniques such as Google Analytics, SQL, Excel/Sheets, Dashboard visualization tools and A/B-testing is necessary
Fluency in English, Swedish is a plus



Nice to have:
Basic coding skills to be able to develop smaller experiments by yourself
Experience working with large data sets in SQL BigQuery/Snowflake
Familiar with behavioral analysis tools like Hotjar, Decibel, or Contentsquare (we use Decibel)
Telco experience or experience of working with subscription-based business models
Experience working with user research methods e.g., usability testing & online surveys
