Job description
Randstad Technologies is looking for a Web Analyst for our client within the automotive industry and Consumer Services area that is responsible for the end user services, from idea to development and operation. 

Together with the clients’ partners and customers they create value through fantastic user experience and business enhancing services and products, and are now looking for a Web Analyst within Digital Channels. In this role, we see that you are specialized in digital analytics and web data to support the teams with knowledge about the user behaviors to improve the customer experience.  

This is a consultant assignment and you will be employed by Randstad Technologies.

Responsibilities
As a Web Analyst, you will be part of a team that sets the strategy for web analytics, tracking interactions, user flows, KPIs, tools and way of working. 

Your main responsibilities will be to implement site analytics, monitor and interpret visitor’s behavior, analyzing website analytics combined with other data sources, generating insights, and reporting back with easy-to-understand data visuals. In close co-operation with the clients’ technical and design teams, you will support the Product & Solution Owners, their Markets and Partners to mine insights and help them understand how the products are being used in order to make them even better, building data-driven culture.

Main activities:


Use various analysis tools to extract and analyze data.
Report and visualize the results at both an operational, technical level and a strategic management level.
Communicate insights, suggest solutions and improvements based on analysis and business case.
Conduct tests to evaluate performance and customer experience for continuous improvements.
Stay up to date on the latest trends in digital analytics incl. legal requirements


Working hours
Full-time. (WFH during the pandemic is implemented – Certain days it will be required to be present at the local office)

Qualifications
Experience in digital analytics and web data.
Advanced skills in Google Analytics, SQL and Excel
Demonstrate experience dealing with stakeholders at various levels.
An analytic mind-set.
A proactive and team player attitude.
Strong desire to learn and develop further.
