We are searching for you who is eager to grow together with us as a Global Web Analyst, and further strengthen our focus on data-driven decision-making across the organization. This key role will report to Head of Ecommerce & Technology and work closely with other stakeholders across the globe. The role is based in our Stockholm HQ office. This is a parental leave cover for 12 months initially, starting in March 2023.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Provide the organization globally with customer behavior analysis, insights and recommendations
- Identify and manage key conversion paths, determining the most important KPIs to track and setting benchmarks, to accurately assess the efficiency of eCom products and initiatives
- Identify and track emerging trends, opportunities and threats within the eCom domain, using data to deliver actionable insights to maximize conversion
- Create dashboards in Tableau or similar tools to visualize the outcome and reports for sales and campaign performance by spend, revenue and on-site performance etc.
- Work closely with various stakeholders within the global organization to create full funnel measurement e.g. campaign, ecommerce and localised market success with relevant KPIs and metrics.


WHO YOU ARE

You are a proactive and result-oriented person with great skills in analyzing online customer behavior across the globe. You master relevant tools and know how to visualize data to make it relevant, as well as translate insights into clear recommendations and actions. You have a growth mindset with a good understanding of e-commerce, technology and retail.

Apart from that, you are a great communicator and presenter (in English) both verbal and written, you’re a team player that supports all stakeholders across the business.

Need to have:

- Minimum 2-4 years of experience working with web analytics
- Extensive experience within Google Analytics and Data studio, Tableau is a big plus
- Great analytical mindset and great understanding of E-commerceeco-systems
- Big interest for web analysis and customer behavior
- Understand integration of tools used for personalization, CRM, and web behavior to support Audience building and strategy


Good to have:

- Understanding of Google Tag Manager(practical experience is a plus)
- Knowledge of data layer functionality
- Knowledge of paid media and working with media agencies
- Understanding of CAPI, Pixels, Floodlights
- Understanding of SQL, Javascript and HTML
