What will you do?
As a Web Analyst at Sweco IT, you will belong to a cross-boundary team consisting of web developers and a Service management lead. You will work together with digital managers in Sweco’s 8 business areas who are responsible for country websites. You will help them maintain, develop, and optimize the external websites. Helping them realize the capabilities of the web platform and tools. Sweco recently switched the platform to GA4.
You will be acting as an expert in google products and other web analytics tools in the Sweco IT organization, some of your key responsibilities will be:
- Helping stakeholders understand and utilize the Google products
- Deliver and implement technical tracking solutions using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Technical support in the configuration of various analytics tools
- Visualize data by setting up dashboards and KPI reporting.
- Responsible for training and 2nd line support to the users of the tools
Qualifications & Experience
To succeed in the role of Web Analyst you should have:
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Hands-on experience in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Experience with data visualization and dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio, etc.)
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of platforms, techniques, and standards in the web area.
- Understanding of using web CMS and JavaScript
- Strong written and verbal communications skills in English
We are extra interested in your application if you have hands-on experience with A/B-testing, and CRO using relevant tools, as well as a basic understanding of Cookies and GDPR.
As a person, you are a team player who often contributes with new ideas and is not afraid of receiving and giving feedback. You have a strong analytical side with attention to detail. Moreover, you have strong communication skills and are comfortable presenting to others.
