Web Analytics Lead

The Role
As a Web Analytics Lead at Svea Solar you'll be a part of a global marketing team. The purpose of your role is to turn data into actionable insights. Lots of responsibility, lots of freedom, and lots of opportunity to shape from start. The main focus will be to help us understand how we can improve our site and media performance based on different data sources. Whether it is from our Google Analytics, Adwords, brand tracking data, Hot Jar or our massive data sets in Sales Force. You will be working together with a highly skilled team of digital marketeers striving to be our absolute best.

What we expect you to do

- Turn data into clear, actionable insights
- Build and develop our marketing analytics strategy and framework
- Proactively come up with ideas on how to make better use of the data we have
- Constantly work to improve our tracking setup together with colleges in other teams as well as consultants
- Be the go-to for how we best use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Datastudio both internally and towards consultants
- Analyze and report on campaign performance and results
- Give recommendations based on insights to improve performance
- Work closely with our UX and Customer Insights to make smart decisions
- Guide the team on how to interpret data and create actions from it
- Stakeholder for analytics within Svea Solar global and markets


Who you are

- You have documented 3-4 years’ experience in both analyzing and implementing Google Analytics (UA/GA4), Google Tag Manager, Datastudio and Search console from an agency and/or company
- You are a curious, strategic thinker with strong analytics skills.
- You love analyzing, diverging, discovering and exploring opportunities in data
- Experience using API’s to retrieve and analyze data in several different formats (.csv, XML, JSON etc.)
- Extensive understanding of how to build and maintain audiences for ads, content delivery and marketing automation
- Experience from visualizing and explaining data and performance to inexperienced or visually driven business professionals
- Ability to use SQL, BigQuery, JavaScript, RegEX is not a requirement at hire, but will be a requirement that you learn
- You are flexible and thrive working in fast-paced environments
- You are interested in and get excited about improving or challenge existing processes and ways of working
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high energy, thrive when taking on new and challenging tasks
- Likely to have a positive mindset and have a detailed knowledge about a special interest other people don’t have
- Your Swedish is good enough to get through most of the interview
- The role is flexible/remote but not fully remote, regular attendance at the office will be needed
