TT-Line is one of the leading ferry companies in the Baltic Sea operating 6 modern ferries between Germany and Sweden (Travemünde - Trelleborg, Rostock - Trelleborg) and between Poland and Sweden (Trelleborg - Swinoujscie). TT-Line transports about 780.000 passengers, 350.000 freight units and 120.000 cars each year on its routes and is the market leader in the Southern Sweden traffic. TT-Line currently employs approximately 700 people on board and in its land based offices in Travemünde, Rostock, Trelleborg and Swinoujscie.

We are looking for an innovative and creative web- and graphical administrator (f/m) at the earliest possible date who will take our sales activities to the next level.

Position responsibilities:



- Development, implementation and control of the online advertisement strategy
- Drive optimization of SEA campaigns in order to increase Sales and ROAS (partially in collaboration with a performance agency)
- Monitoring, evaluation and development of SEO performance
- Recommendation of online technical and graphical improvements
- Collaboration and alignment of online marketing activities and projects with internal sales- and marketing team
- Management of current external agencies and service providers
- Generation of detailed analysis for decision making
- Ensure high level of online marketing KPI data-quality. Delivering detailed data and recommendations for evaluation of success
- Continuous optimization of campaigns and online marketing processes
- Ideally creation of banner and other online related advertising materials
- Creation, evaluation and monitoring of SMM campaigns



Expected skills / minimum requirements:



- Bachelor's degree in Technical Computer Science or Digital Media or Graphic Design or other related fields
- Proficiency in Google tools, Apsis, EpiServer, Photoshop, Adobe Flash etc.
- Portfolio demonstrating both graphical design skills and technical expertise
- Willingness to work cross boarder (Germany, Sweden, Poland)
- Sound verbal and written communication skills in your mother tongue and English language
