[ Are you an experienced Web and Online Manager? Do you wish to work in a successful company in the medical device industry? Cochlear BAS is looking for a Web and Online Manager to join the marketing department where your main role will be: [ To developing, manage and monitor the global Cochlear Bone Anchored Solutions online content and presence. Ensure that the company's online presence is competitive and modern to increase customer motivation. Support the development of the online strategy in line with the company's overall market strategy. [ Your main responsibilities will be to: Manage Cochlear Bone Anchored Solutions on-line content to support sales and continued growth for the products and services Support the regional websites with Baha content Develop the web as a platform, which can be used by different departments - e.g. Education, Clinical Research, e-services, installed base etc. Publish content to website using content management system. Manage day-to-day upkeep of the websites to ensure content relevance and timeliness Project Lead all the tasks such as content generation, translations, regulatory approval, etc. Monitor performance and results; identify and evaluate improvement options; improve search engine optimization; evaluate new technology and develop and maintain linking strategies Identify areas and tactics for utilizing web more efficiently and to increase visitors to the global BAS content Work closely with BAS relevant parties, regional web managers and Global On-Line Manager to define specifications for global website containing relevant information on BAS products Routinely perform thorough audits of Baha information on all websites to ensure quality and accuracy of information Liaise with content owners, the regions and external agencies to develop content [ Key competencies: [ University degree or education in marketing / web publishing Experience with developing and managing websites and working with Content Management Tools, Web publishing and production Excellent understanding of web design, the Internet and Online Marketing concepts Experience with managing projects and working with multi-functional teams Strong writing and communication skills; experience with online communication (understand how to deliver information that adds value - content usability; including copy edit skills) Ability to work in a multi-cultural, dynamic, challenging environment and to operate independently Concern for order and quality: Develops, improves and uses systems to monitor projects and data and regularly reports back Initiative: Addresses current or future issues or problems, comes up with and applies solutions [ We are looking for a team player who enjoys creating results in close collaboration with others.
