We are looking for you to join the Marketing Department as the new
Web and Search Manager
YOUR TASKS
The Manager for Web & Search is in charge ensuring that our websites provide the best experience for the 7,000,000 consumers that visit us every year: for all our brands and in all the NE countries. Your job consists of growing the number of relevant visits from consumers; and that those consumers find both the information they need, but also engage with the information our brands need to transmit. Always in a useful, impactful and satisfactory way for the consumer. You’ll measure the consumers satisfaction using the NPS, and you’ll use this feedback to ensure your team work on the topics consumers consider most important. Additionally you’re responsible that our websites are positioned in the right way in the relevant search engines, both organically but also via the budget invested on SEA.
Your job consists of coordinating a team of 5 people, both in Stockholm and Tallinn. On a daily basis you’ll have to coordinate your work with the GDT teams in Germany to ensure all new content and that functionalities are implemented, but also making sure that our NE needs are also considered and implemented. Additionally you and your team will have to work closely with Brand Communication, Trade Marketing, Customer Service, CRM, D2C and SDA.
YOUR PROFILE
• 5 years + of expertise in positions related to consumer communication, digital marketing and having worked close to several touch points of the white-goods consumer journey.
• You must have successful experience as a team leader, or at least to demonstrate you can become one.
• Fluent in English. Swedish or any other Nordic language is very much preferred.
We are looking for a candidate mainly with the right skills and motivation. You must be both consumer centric oriented, and with a deep interest of the digital marketing world and in all the changes that occur in this field. You must have a clear vision of what our consumers need, and to have the skills and drive (determination) to make things happen in a complex company like BSH. You’re also a structured and persistent person. You have to be a good team leader, giving strategic direction and motivating your team to give the maximum. As a person you are willing to take risks and experiment with new ways of doing things and you also welcome changes. You are capable of taking decisions under stressful conditions and tough deadlines.
This position will be based in Stockholm and will be reporting to the Marketing Director. You will belong to our Northern Europe Marketing Department. The position requires some trips to other countries as well as the headquarter in Munich.
