Description

As a Web Business Analyst, you will represent the business community by gathering, analysing and prioritizing business requirements to improve the quality of solutions offered. You will identify opportunities for improvements and negotiate agreements and commitments between business partners and IT. You will follow projects from requirements identification, development and testing to implementation and maintenance.

As a Web Business Analyst, you will work with analytics for both external and internal digital communication channels. You should have a broad understanding of web analytics in terms of analytics tools and tracking possibilities, as well as an understanding of business' strategies in order to identify relevant key performance indicators. You will be responsible for setting up measurement plans, follow up on targets and communicate insights with relevant stakeholders.

The Business Analyst also supports the development of adoption activities, participates in the implementation and provides post-implementation advice.

As a business analyst, you will interact with colleagues from functions and organisations across the world.

In this role, you will be part of a team with global responsibility, based in Lund.


Main responsibilities

-Lead and drive Analytics and Insights for our Digital Communication channels.
-Drive the optimization and adoption of our external digital communication channels and further towards a digital marketplace (social, campaigns, content hubs, corporate website, etc.)
-Follow up and develop related KPIs.
-Manage the maintenance and the routines of existing solutions.
-Lead and/or participate in External Digital Media related projects.
-Act as an expert advisor to business stakeholders, related to the Digital Marketplace and specifically .com management and development.
-Participate in the agile development process and continuously improve our digital marketplace and participate in our efforts


Qualifications

We are looking for a person who possesses a high level of drive, self-motivation and energy, with good business understanding and the ability to work well within a matrix organization. Strong analytical skills are a given. You collaborate proactively, focus on performance and deliver accurate and timely results.

The successful candidate must at least have a bachelor degree in Information System Science or Media- and Communications Studies, either in combination with at least 3-5 years of experience within web development and analytics for external and internal communication channels. An understanding and/or experience from working with digital marketing throughout the customer journey creates a good base for being successful in this role.

We see that good IT knowledge and skills in SharePoint and/or Web content systems, Office 365, Google analytics or "similar". You must be fluent in English and Swedish, both verbally and written.
