Our Marketing and Communications organization is now looking for a flexible and proactive Web Business Developer. As the Web and Online interactions have become very important for our business, we also see a need to continue developing in this area. This is where you come in, helping us to create a clear view of what the complete interaction and traffic at our websites actually means. Let´s talk about the job
We work in small teams that all have specific assignments generating value for our organization. As Web Business Developer, you’re the one pinpointing how to digitally interact with our customers. You lead different change initiatives on our website by looking at specific areas; collecting and analyzing the data, for example converting interactions on the Web to valuable insights. You also use this data to drive improvement in collaboration with the different functions in the team, as well as other departments at Sandvik Coromant.
Your areas of responsibility include:
· Analyzing and evaluating data to gain in depth understanding of customer behavior both on- and off- line and translating what online initiatives that matches the underlying customer needs
· Creating business value scenarios for navigational improvements, content creation, functionality development and other investments
· Managing projects; drive actions in a team setup with both external and internal resources to improve defined KPI’s
· Facilitating an interactive and agile approach in the following steps; hypothesis, launching, measurements and improvement
The location for this position is flexible between one of our Sandvik Coromant offices – for example Stockholm (Sweden), Düsseldorf (Germany), Katowice (Poland), or Milano (Italy) to name a few.

You have a relevant degree within the area, or the equivalent knowledge gained from a working career. Working in a truly global environment calls for excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
