Working in the Web Content & CRO team, the Web Content Manager will define and implement the web content strategy for Care and Wellbeing platforms (Laundry, Dish, Air Care and Floor Care product categories) across 90 brand websites in Europe. The Web Content Activation Manager will focus on deriving business value from the creation, activation and optimization of brand and product story telling on site, engaging with partners for feedback and requirements, leading content editors and external agencies work.
To succeed in this role you would need to demonstrate customer-centric behavior and a broad understanding of marketing communications, including editing, publishing, content strategy, branding, and web design principles, as well as have an innovative and collaborative mindset.

Key Operational Responsibilities:
• Contribute to define content architecture requirements (Panacea) and lead projects execution on BA Europe websites.
• Analyze existing content performance, identify gaps and opportunities to continuously improve the consumer experience on brand websites.
• Scope new requirements to content team, securing activation synergies across touchpoints (web, outbound comm, social, etc.)
• Optimize WoW and communication streams with external agencies (BW and ARC), Experience marketing, Brand and Content teams, SEO and Outbound marketing communication.
• Support the Branded Consumer Journey and Web Development teams with insights on editorial content performance and brief tech requirements for activation.
• Lead cross-functional teams to define, create and implement the online content strategy (campaigns and assets) for CARE and Well Being products, focusing on conversion.
• Work closely with the Experience teams and brand team to secure alignment on campaigns purposes and objectives.
• Ensure localization of website content and campaigns, and timely rollout of Key Initiatives and product launches in Key markets.
• Support, educate and train local counterparts on toolkit activation.
• Manage external agencies from briefing to the go live, train them on central marketing guidelines and continuously improve the WoW.
• Represent website content team in cross functional forums to maximize content effectiveness and consistency across touch points.
• Monitor and leverage digital trends and industry best practices.
Education & Experience:
• Relevant University degree (Marketing/Communications/Business related studies).
• International experience in structured multinational contexts
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience
• Previous experiences in online communication, campaign and asset creation
• Good working "end user" knowledge of at least one web content management system (CMS), such as EpiServer CMS, Drupal, WordPress, Magento, etc.
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles, UX Design best practices, trends and emerging technologies
• Project management background
• Familiarity with agile methodology
• Google stack
• Analytical & Data driven mindset
• Excellent knowledge of English oral and written
