Vincents Husbil & Husvagn in Varberg are looking for a dedicated, motivated and ambitious Web Coordinator and Digital Marketer to strengthen our team and contribute to the success of our digital journey and marketing initiatives. Our team consists of passionate digital marketers on a mission to make Vincents the digital leaders in Sweden for our market. The job will be split roughly 50/50 into two areas of daily work, making it an exciting and varied role with regular new challenges and marketing initiatives. You will not be stuck behind a computer screen, and you will have regular work outside with photo and film tasks.
About the position
Web Coordinator
As a Web Coordinator in our marketing team, you will become a key member and report directly to the team leader. Half of your time will be spent working alongside our Digital Strategist and Team Leader, managing and working on five of our company websites. Four of these are built using WordPress, and the other website is managed by a separate freelance developer, but you will have involvement in how this site develops and works. Therefore, you should have a good working knowledge of WordPress and be able to make changes and updates easily. Again, you will have the support of a third-party company on more technical aspects and you will be the liaison person between the marketing team and the third-party developers, so excellent organization and communication skills are required.
Digital Marketer
The other aspect of this role will be supporting the daily marketing efforts at Vincents, where you will be expected to photograph and film vehicles alongside another colleague, write content for SEO, and update our social media channels. You will be involved in contributing to the team's marketing meetings and helping us develop new and innovative campaigns in both online and offline media. Therefore, a good working knowledge of graphic design, with examples, would be seen as a strong point.
Job responsibilities may include:
• Managing and maintaining the WordPress platform, UX and IX.
• Analyzing and interpreting data and web flows using tools such as Google Analytics.
• Collaborating closely with other team members to create effective and innovative solutions with the help of web developers.
• Ensuring that our users' experience is as good as possible.
• Developing campaigns and concepts that attract the target audience.
• Creating ads for our products.
To succeed in the role, you have knowledge in:
• Good working knowledge of WordPress and theme builders, and hosting/server environments - ideally 2-3 years of direct experience.
• Experience with WooCommerce.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of SEO and PPC, ideally 1-2 years of recent experience, demonstrable examples of on-page optimization.
• Product/Design skills in Figma or Adobe InDesign, able to design website features, advert copy for both digital and print.
• Excellent Swedish written skills, ideally with experience in content marketing and SEO.
• Good/Excellent fluent verbal English language skills.
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and the ability to report and explain core metrics and KPIs to other stakeholders in the business.
• Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented, problem solver able to manage multiple projects and meet assigned deadlines and targets.
Who Are You?

You are driven, responsible and we see that you have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. You have a passion for technology and strong analytical skills. We would like to see that you have the ability to collaborate while also being able to work independently, with attention to detail and structure.
Meritorious But Not a Requirement:
• Experience in creating/editing videos.
• Familiarity with mainstream SEO tools.
• Experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads.
• Experience with Python or other tech that can be used with data handling.
• Experience with handling large amounts of data, working with online databases.
• Experience with statistics, BI.
• Experience with Digital PR or link building.
• Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
• Past experience with CRM systems and marketing automation.
• An interest in AI or ML.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
