An iZettle Web Copywriter will drive and formulate communication hypotheses, create communication strategies and concepts based on research. The Web Copywriter will also punch the way we sound in written text by being a strong advocate for the soft values in human psychology, but also by knowing and understanding the various stages of the sales funnel in the user's journey.
As a Web Copywriter you’re comfortable talking about communication within the organisation, from concepts to hands on sentences and words. You have a strong foundation in the way you communicate that is based on the way humans react to the written text in a digital environment.
Build our brand on social and beyond
An iZettle Web Copywriter has a good knowledge of content. What is it that earns traffic, engagement, conversions and how to tie in SEO. What is it that makes the audience react and take action? You will be driving and supporting different communication directions, concepts and strategies. Working in partnership and close collaboration with all design competences within the team plus creatives, tech, different marketing teams.
You will also work in close collaboration with other copywriters to create a joint tonality around iZettle way of communicating. Creating guidelines on how to design with text and how that supports and builds the flow and structure of the web content. Constantly improve our future communication as we grow. Test communications hypothesis on new, current and churning customers. Being part of the mission and vision initiative.

To succeed in this role you will be strong advocates for the Mobile first thinking in the way we communicate in written text. You put words to visions and concepts and are part of aligning brand, product and marketings way of communicating. You take responsibility for how we sound and talk on the web. You reinvent, redesign and constantly iterate and question everything we have, to see what we can improve.
Extensive experience of working as a Web Copywriter preferable both at agencies and internal agencies as employed or as a consultant.
Experience from working with or at big international companies.
Feeling comfortable presenting communication concepts and visions to top leadership as well as to the rest of the company and team.
Used to working in an agile environment
Have experience of working with localisation and translations.
Experience of leading with copy.
