Arbetsbeskrivning
Lindab is a leading ventilation company in Europe with solutions for energy-efficient ventilation and a healthy indoor climate. In northern Europe, we also have an extensive range of roofs, walls and rainwater systems. Lindab is present in 20 countries in Europe and has a turnover of approximately SEK 9 billion.
We have a decentralized organization with about 4,500 employees who work close to our customers, with the overall purpose of creating a better climate. We spend 90 percent of our time indoors and the indoor climate is crucial for our well-being. That is why we develop energy-efficient solutions for healthy indoor environments. And we do it in a way that also creates a better climate for our planet.
Would you like to drive the development of our web & e-com platform? Inspire and coach our sales regions to take the next step in their online support to customers?
We are looking for a project manager for web and e-com to join our Corporate Communications team. You will drive the development of a long-term strategy and plan for the web and e-com platform, based on input from customers, sales regions, product managers and other stakeholders. You will also be the project manager who make sure that the agreed requirements and improvements are being implemented.
Lindab is developing products to provide better indoor climate and more sustainable buildings. We have a large network of pro-shops in Europe where the customer is served in the shop. We also have a webshop covering most of the European countries, where the customer can place their order online. And we have digital tools to help the customer choose and design what products to use. How can we better serve the customer online and in the shops by adding digital solutions? By joining our team, you will play a vital role in improving the online customer experience.
Lindab has a decentralised organisation where each sales region drives their business. You should inspire the sales regions to use new technology, listen to their requirements, balance them with requirements from other parts of Lindab and suggest smart solutions. This requires good knowledge of web and e-com technology, strong relationship skills and a good understanding of Lindab’s business. Another part of the role is the management of on-going web projects. You are the project manager for all web and e-com improvements in Episerver and will be the main point of contact with the web agency, with daily meetings to initiate and follow up improvements. The role requires the ability to translate a requirement from a sales region, to a user request in Jira, and also the ability to report progress to your Lindab colleague in a non-technical language.
Responsibilities
• Development of a long-term plan for the web platform (including e-com), in collaboration with sales regions and other stakeholders
• Project management of web improvements and bug fixes, on time, within budget
• Support to editors and users, including training and coaching on how to use Episerver
• Support to sales regions, product management, marketing and other stake holders with web and e-com know-how
Who are you?
To enjoy and perform in this role we see a self-driven person who enjoys working in a project-based environment. You have a thorough understanding of how the digital world works, including doing business online. You have probably worked as a project manager in a similar role in a marketing/communications team or IT-team, or you have a background from a web agency.
When guiding your colleagues, you do this with a firm but also humble approach, with the ability to interpret business requirements into system and integration requirements. All with a holistic view for the overall goal and growth of Lindab. You have the end-user perspective and focus on the benefits it will bring to our customers.
We believe you are skilled in the following areas:
• Project management of web and e-com projects
• CMS platforms like Episerver
• E-com solutions, integrated with Axapta and Dynamics365
• Google Analytics
• Capable of balancing multiple assignments at once without losing focus on the details
• Ability to understand technical concepts
• Good understanding of design thinking methodology
• Strong interpersonal skills: running meetings, collaborating with teams at different technical skill levels
Your team
You will be part of the Corporate Communications team, that has overall responsibility for the online communication channels and platforms, the Lindab brand and internal and external communication. You will work with the sales regions, product managers, the Group IS/IT team and web agency on a daily basis. In this role you are reporting to Catharina Paulcén, the Head of Corporate Communications.
