We are looking for a Web Manager who wants to drive Enento’s vision, strategy and development of webpages to increase the web traffic and CRO towards both B2B and B2C markets. The person we are looking for is always interested in finding new and better solutions to increase conversion, traffic and meet customer expectations. Does it sound like you?
In the role as Web Manager B2B and B2C, you have the overall responsibility for the development of SEO, CRO and content at the websites uc.se, minuc.se, minbostad.se and allabolag.se, with the goal of developing and grow the business online in Sweden. You are involved in developing the user experience, drive organic traffic, digital sales and leads on these webpages. You will also be involved in the work with our other Nordic web pages, but your main focus will be on the four web pages in Sweden.
You will work in a tight team of product owners, conversion specialists, marketing specialists, UX designers and developers, and as Web Manager you will report to Nordic Manager, E-commerce.
In addition to the above your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

operationally responsible for the online/web strategy, all the tactical SEO work and analytics for the websites above and for increasing the traffic to all our webpages.

lead generation on uc.se, in close collaboration with the Marketing team in Sweden.

daily and monthly analytics.

to analyse and perform web surveys and implementations to gather customer feedback online.

be involved in implementing the online/web strategy.

assure that our webpages comply with laws, policies, guidelines and other rules.

develop the websites according to customer feedback and CRO as well as daily updates on the webpages when it comes to content, product pages and structure.

budget responsible for the development and maintenance budget.
You will be part of the Marketing and Communications department and belong to the Nordic E-commerce team and will have colleagues in Sweden, Finland and Norway.
We are looking for you who have a couple of years of experience from a role as Web Manager/Specialist or similar role. You have good insight and understanding of digital tools and platforms, and are comfortable in Episerver and SEO.
To be successful in the role we believe that you check in on at least some of the following:
- good technical and operative skills in web production.
- good knowledge and experience from tactical SEO, both technical and content.
- good knowledge and experience in google analytics, JIRA and Confluence.
- good knowledge in Episerver, if you know your way around other CMS-tools, like WordPress, that is a plus.
- used to perform in A/B testing.
