We are currently looking for a Web manager to lead the development and optimisation of our website to meet our revenue objectives. This position will report to our Head of Lead generation.

What you will do:
- You will be responsible for the development and performance of bannerflow.com.
- Your main focus will be conversion rate optimization.
- You should have an understanding of SEO and be able to work with SEO to increase performance.
- Analyzing and reporting on KPIs.
- Coordination and ordering of related functions such as UX, UI, Design, SEM etc.
- Creating hypothesis to test as well as configuring and evaluating the tests.
Who you are:
You have experience as a web manager. You are passionate about the customer experience and used to working cross-functionally with developers, marketing, sales and management. You are hands-on, but you are also able to create a plan for future development. And you are used to working with agile methods.
Your number one priority will be to make sure that the conversion rate of quality leads constantly improve. To achieve that goal we have a marketing team that you will work with.
You are passionate, proactive and responsive and enjoy working cross functions. You have a structured and systematic way of working and are detail oriented.
When it comes to your strengths, passions and prior experiences:
- You have experience in a role where a B2B website has been your main responsibility.
- You’re a superuser of Wordpress as well as CRO and analytics tools.
- You have an understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and have a track record of improving on-site conversion.
- You love using data to make decisions that increase conversions.
- You are used to working with agile methods and quality assurance.
- You work well under pressure or in a high growth environment that is constantly changing.
- You’re fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience from working at a B2B SaaS company is an advantage.
