Job Description
Are you data-driven with a passion for e-commerce and ready for your next challenge within a fast-paced organization? Then you might be the one we are looking for! Decathlon is looking for a data-driven E-commerce Merchandiser who will join our digital journey!
What you’ll do
As an E-commerce Merchandiser, you will :
- Improve the online customer journey for a selection of sports in order to maximize sales.
- Optimize the relevancy of SEO for all our categories.
- Take care of the quality of product pages content.
- Work closely with the merchandising team and all our eco-systems to improve our conversion and traffic.
- Pilote and analyze your business performance on a regular basis and take action if needed.
More precisely, you will:
- Define and communicate the strategic and economic Internet orientations for several sports for the next 2 years, in coherence with the overall strategy.
- Manage the commercial policy for both products and services for your sports on decathlon.se (offer, price, etc).
- Animate the online communication of your sports within Decathlon.se in order to increase its quality in our users’ eyes.
- Coordinate the proper functioning of the Back Office (IT, product information, logistics) in relation to HQ based services.
- Drive and develop the economic activity and report/debrief your actions and results.
- Run A/B tests to understand what works best on our website.
Mission
- You will also support the merchandising team with data analysis for each group of sports: monitoring our online KPI in tools such as Google Analytics and data studio, using data on purchasing behavior, standardizing processes and individualizing the experience for each visitor.
Who you are:
- You have a first experience in online consumer business (ideally in e-commerce)
- You're data-driven and have experience using various tools to analyze and test (e.g. Google analytics, AB-Tasty)
- Have experience leading and implementing projects independently
- Have a global knowledge about SEO and traffic management
- You're a doer - comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting the job done
- You’re familiar with back-office tools
- You are fluent in english and swedish. Please send your CV and motivation letter in english
