We are looking for an experienced Web Performance Manager to join our Business Area Networks (BNEW) Marketing & Communications team!
The role is to lead performance optimization of our on-line content and web structure based on findability, visitor journey and most wanted actions. You will guide and coach our Campaign Managers in the areas of web, SEO, SEM and analytics. You will evangelize the use of digital; monitoring performance, implementing best practices, and ensuring knowledge sharing. You will be part of a diverse, passionate and competent M&C team and collaborate in a truly international setting.

What you will do
Be the point of contact for Network’s online presence (web, SEO, SEM, analytics) working closely with the wider web community as well as external and internal agencies.
Develop Networks’ on-line strategy, tactics and guidelines, in close collaboration with Campaign Managers and Group Function.
Continuously monitor and optimize Networks’ on-line presence, striving to maximum business impact.
Champion a data-obsessed approach (with automated dashboards) and report performance back to team and managers while also translating data insights into recommendations for improved impact.
Bring creativity and drive new ways of working to encourage us to experiment, learn and continuously improve


You will bring
Strong analytic skills, with proven ability to act on data to achieve increased performance
E2E understanding of online channels and how to optimize content in these
University degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent training/experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital marketing (Web, SEO, SEM and Analytics). Experience from Telecommunications industry is a plus.
Experience with Digital tools (Google Analytics 360, BrightEdge, Content Square, EPiServer or similar Marketing tools)
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
