About the job
In this position you focus on lifecycle management, ownership of Product North Star and product target KPI:s. You’re responsible for a cross-functional and agile product team, where you ensure smoother flows and that the team has assignments to work with. The job includes describing the needs and how to fulfill them within the team, consisting of business analysts, UX developers and developers. Through user insight, in collaboration with internal stakeholders, you describe concrete and possible development needs to reduce the gap to desired state.
Also included in the job:
Collecting wishes and requirements from the organization and external monitoring.
Build and keep an updated Backlog.
Stakeholder management – supporting stakeholders in formulating needs.
The location for this position is preferably in Sandviken or Kista, Sweden, or at one of our other Sandvik Coromant sites in Europe.
About you
We’re looking for someone who has the interest, and a broad understanding, of digital logic – how to attract customers and what the building blocks are of an online business. You have experience in stakeholder management and the skillset to build strong alignment across a large organization. It’s beneficial with a university degree within economics, social sciences, or design. Experience in agile product way of working and Scrum processes is required. As we’re a global organization, you have excellent skills in both written and verbal English.
