About this opportunity:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day updating of Nasdaq's web and video content using our CMS and video hosting platforms, working closely with the Strategy, Technology and Business teams to propel Nasdaq’s web strategy and vision. As the production knowledge expert, you will support innovative solutions that achieve business goals and improve our digital experience. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver with digital, design and marketing skills.
You will have enthusiasm for navigating the ever-evolving digital landscape and sharing new opportunities with the team. We are looking for someone dedicated to providing superior customer service for both our internal and external stakeholders and willing to work hard to enhance Nasdaq’s digital brand.

What you will do:
Create, update, and maintain compelling web content across Nasdaq’s global CMS platforms, applying digital best practices for page layout
Upload and maintain video content for the web
Identify opportunities and propose solutions to drive traffic and increase engagement
Monitor content on the live site(s) for quality control, escalating any bugs visible to Nasdaq audiences to development teams for fixing
Serve as CMS expert with a deep understanding of platform functionality
Partner with other subject matter experts to implement actions based on SEO recommendations
Assist the team in developing, documenting, and improving editorial and production processes
What We Expect:
At least 3 years of experience on similar roles with content management systems
A strong understanding of current web technologies (e.g., Agile development, responsive design, SEO, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery)
Experience developing digital destinations with a lead conversion or revenue focus, and B2B brand marketing support
Proficient knowledge of project management platforms such as Jira and Asana
A developed eye for consistency and hierarchy in web page design
Ability to flag errors you may spot in copy or page configuration
Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and multitasking abilities
Ability to balance prioritization, planning, execution, and agility in a fast-paced environment
It Will Be Excellent If You Have:
Drupal and InfoGlue knowledge.
Working experience with SaaS marketing.
Experience in a results-driven digital marketing role
Personal interest in financial/capital markets content
