Job Description
As a Web shop editor, you will ensure that all products on Weekday.com have the right information and facts to ensure a great shopping experience. In addition, you secure that all information on site is up to date on our non-transactional pages and support the customer service in site related questions.
As a Web shop editor, you will be responsible for:
Product enrichment with the right information in the product information tool.
Coordinate and schedule content and information for the online store. Secure that we display right content at the right time.
Responsible for updating and maintaining all pages not connected to the Woman or Men concepts (non transactional) such as; Our Responsibility, Second hand etc.
Be responsible for the administration and publishing of content on our weekly Zeitgeist offer.
Assist and support Customer service with site related information.
Qualifications
As a person you are humble and creative with high customer focus and sales drive to ensuring best customer experience. To succeed in this role, you are a driven team player, structured and organized with a problem-solving attitude and able to meet multiple deadlines. We would love to meet someone who has:
Previous working experience from e-commerce in retail is preferred
Previous experience working within different CMS-systems and/or Google Analytics is preferred
Previous working experience as a Department manager or Store manager in retail is preferred
Fluent knowledge in English, written and oral
