Web Solution Architect
Selling cars online - easy right? At Lynk & Co the website is our primary sales channel and storefront. It is where we as a brand meet our customer, both business and personal. The Web Solution Architect is responsible for securing a best of breed and high performing web platform which meets the technical requirements of our internal digital editors and expectations of our end customers on the Lynk & Co website.

Responsibilities include defining the overall architecture of the web platform and the required internal and third party service providers, as well as the interaction between all actors. You will be working in close cooperation with business as well as function and product owners. You are an open-minded team player who does not hesitate to challenge conventions and try to come up with innovative ways to do achieve our goals. Since we work in a start-up environment it’s important that you can be flexible and deal with change, and have persistency to pursue targets and take decisions.

This position can be based in Gothenburg or Amsterdam, and will report to the Head of Web Platform based in Gothenburg. The web development team today consists of 25 people based across four locations in Europe.

What you'll do



- Supporting development teams by giving clear instructions for development and customizations
- Overseeing overall design of the Web Platform solution making sure each user story implementation is according to preferred Web architecture
- Ensuring quality of solution including code quality, test coverage, performance, etc.
- Collaborating with other architects such as Enterprise Architects, Integration architects in defining the overall solution based on guidelines and principles
- Securing quality of solution design documentation
- Securing release planning and best practices
- Securing correct execution of deployments in all environments with the necessary test and validations
- Detailing technical narratives, technical requirements and technical user stories for the development teams
- Propose new technologies and innovations to be introduced based on experience




What you should have



- Studied business and/or engineering
- Experience as a Solution Architect or a similar role
- Solid experience of requirements analyzes, service design and solution architecture
- Experience with web development and strong knowledge of necessary system integrations and architecture
- Experience with CMS platforms, preferably Sitecore
- Positive doer mindset, someone who embraces new challenges
- Motivated to work in an environment that allows you to work and take business decisions independently
- Previous experience of agile, customer centric, product organization
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English - both oral and written
