In the role of Manager for Web Development, you will be at the center of an efficient and modern IT organization in the Nordic and Benelux regions, and our strong value-based culture is an excellent foundation for building high-performing and motivated teams. You will lead a group that consists of 4 team of total 20 developers.

Dustin is a leading IT Partner in the Nordics and Benelux region. Online is the heart of our sales and requires secure, fast and customer friendly solutions that never stop. We work with one of the Nordics largest e-commerce platforms that is self-developed.

The development teams, you will be responsible for, are driven by customer satisfaction, technical improvements, and a learning culture. They succeed by having strong team spirit, trust and being curiosity.

As Web Team Manager

In your role, you will support and continuously develop both teams and people. The teams consist of both employees and consultants and we are working according to agile methods and mindset. You work closely with the E-com organization in the business of Dustin.

You are responsible for the tactical and strategic roadmap and drive changes and improvements within assigned areas. You are advisory to your teams and business stakeholders and understand how we create value for customers and colleagues. In your managerial role, you are responsible for budgeting, recruitment, employee- and team development.

The current focus is to move the web platform to Azure to improve efficiency, performance, flexibility and stability. We are constantly improving our way of working in our development process and CI/CD pipeline. We are also initiating DevOps in our organization.

As the Development organization is continuously exploring more efficient and value adding ways of working, you need to be able to manage, drive and love changes.

What you bring

- 3+ years of experience in leadership and formal personnel responsibilities
- Experience of leadership in a software development organization
- University or college education or equivalent knowledge from experience
- Fluent speech and writing in both Swedish and English
- Experience from Retail is an advantage
- Experience of web development is an advantage


- DevOps and IT Operations experience
- Managing applications in cloud environments
- Leading change (projects, organizational improvements, etc.)
- Leading agile teams
