Are you looking for an opportunity to become part of the tourism sector? Are you motivated to go through full training in GDS travel systems and processes so that you can provide the best possible service to business travellers? Then we have the perfect position for you!

At Webhelp you will be working with our client, which is one of the world's leading online business travel companies! You will need to support customers over the phone and email and consult them remotely about travel-related (flight bookings, hotel, taxi, train reservations etc.) questions!

Most of your tasks will be handled in Global Reservation systems, such as Amadeus. If this is the first time you are hearing about this system - don't worry, Webhelp will provide you paid 8 weeks of training and additional 4 weeks of job training. When you will start to work you will feel confident about your performance and skills, and we will support you on the way to ensure that you are becoming an expert in this job!

You also will be working with our amazing Webhelp colleagues and will need to cooperate with them on daily bases to ensure all the daily tasks are being handled.

YOU WILL DO GREAT AT THIS JOB IF YOU
- Are social and open to learning new things
- Have an interest in travel and are used to booking your own travel plans online
- Are feeling comfortable when it comes to using a computer as part of your job and have a natural ability to solve problems at any time of the day
- Have any experience in the customer service industry
- Speak and write Swedish as your mother language (or minimum level C1)
- Also have English skills, both written and verbal
- Have the opportunity to work either Monday to Sunday (between 07:00 to 20:00) in a shift rotation, or fixed evening shifts (15:00 to 23:45). Note that you will have to choose between one of the two working hours during the recruitment process.

START DATES: We have multiple start dates:
2022.10.17 or 2022.11.14

LOCATION: Work from home from any location within Sweden (1-2 weeks on-site during training)

WORKING HOURS: The training takes place Mon-Fri from 09:00 to 17:00 for 12 weeks. After that, depending on your choice and what we are able to offer, the working hours will be either a shift rotation from Monday to Sunday between 07:00 and 20:00 or fixed evening shifts (15:00 to 23:45).
