Webhelp is hiring Trainers for international Travel Client!

We are looking for four Trainers to join our cheerful and competent Training team for a client within the travel industry in the Nordic region. In the position as Trainer you will takes new hires through their initial classroom training. You will be working alongside the Project Manager, Team leader and HR. The Trainer will ensure that all staff are able to offer 1st class customer service at all times.

Our ideal candidate will:

- Ideally have some previous training or coaching experience.
- Have experience of working within a company with multi-lingual staff.
- Be able to share industry and product knowledge to individuals with varying levels of experience.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills - at all levels.
- Show a passion for the travel industry.
- Be able to follow a training plan provided by our client but be able to offer ideas for improvement where necessary.
- Be a team player with the best interests of the project in mind at all times.
- Ideally “expert” level of Amadeus or other GDS.


- Have excellent written and spoken English language skills - either as a first or a second language.

Working hours will be 39 hours per week as the role requires and will be Monday to Friday.
