The H&M Group Communications department brings stories to life by creating and distributing engaging content through internal and external channels.
Job Description
We are looking for a Website Manager & Analyst for our corporate site, hmgroup.com. This role blends communications and strategy with web analytics and UX. The perfect candidate will be forward-thinking and a team player. We are looking for someone passionate about understanding the needs, motivations, and behaviours of our platform users and can translate these into actionable deliverables. We want strong strategic and analytical skills (someone who can use data and metrics to evaluate results and optimise experiences) and a proven track record of achieving growth and increasing engagement. A curious mind and a creative eye are also essential; someone engaged with the world around us - to help keep our feeds elevated, informed and reflective of H&M Group’s business direction, goals and values.
You will report to the Head of Content Strategy and be part of the Content team while taking care of:
WEBSITE MANAGEMENT & EXPERIENCE:
Lead the day-to-day management of hmgroup.com.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to optimise the site's performance and take steps to improve effectiveness (i.e., creative, technology, data and analytics teams).
Leverage customer insights and behavioural data to identify opportunities, revise and enable UX.
CONTENT SUPPORT & DEVELOPMENT:
Review content published on the site and support the production of clear, engaging, and useful content - written and graphic/video-led (with in-house creatives) - aligning with SEO focus.
Monitor trends relevant to H&M Group and cooperate with the broader team to ensure we are at the forefront, implementing them into our SEO strategy and resulting in communications activities.
SEO & ANALYSIS:
Create roadmaps and SEO strategies, including CRO initiatives.
Set and monitor, and report against, SEO KPIs and proactively identify new opportunities for SEO to drive increased traffic
Analyse user behaviour and platform performance and carry out experiments to increase visibility and engagement.

REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for someone mid-senior level with 4+ years relevant experience with excellent understanding of how digital platforms can be used to support communication and company objectives. Having an editorial background with experience in a digital publishing environment is a plus.
You must have experience working with WordPress, an understanding of HTML/CSS/Javascript is meritorious.
You should be well versed in Google Analytics and other analytical tools (such as Hotjar and/or Contentsquare) and have a good understanding of data compliance.
You will need demonstratable experience in understanding, tracking and improving SEO success.
You will also need demonstrable expertise in UX, digital content management and site optimisation.
You must be fluent in English.
