We're looking for a group business controller / CFO !

Active in 3 continents and with an ambition to become the world’s leading trampoline lifestyle brand we are now looking for a member of the executive team to in close collaboration with the CEO to drive the strategy execution and business development, manage business risk and synthesize financial information and forecasts to foster data driven decision making among the leaders in the organization.


The key attributes of the role are:
1) A business leader that puts people first
2) Knows how to structure large complex relationships in ERP, BI and Excel
3) Embraces the value of standardization and single source of truth
4) Excels in business analysis such as cost breakdowns, margin management, cash-flow, what-it’s, and forecasting
5) Creates trusting and high-performing teams
6) Leads the Strategy & Corporate Development department consisting of finance, PMO, HR
7) Ideally have experience from PE owned businesses and previous IPO’s
8) Minimum 10 years of experience of business controlling
