We're looking for our Regional Process Champion!

We're searching for a regional process owner for our Capital Projects Delivery Process. This is a new position within Sweden Operations and our home department Engineering, Maintenance and Asset Management (EMA). We've identified that improvements in the CPDP process is key to deliver our barrier breaking long term targets.



As the Regional Process Champion (RPC) for the Capital Project Delivery Process (CPDP) you will lead a process network team with highly skilled individuals within EMA. Together you will improve how we deliver capital projects on time, quality and cost by applying an outstanding business process management (BPM) approach, utilizing innovative digital technology. Key to the success of the role is to inspire change by engaging with process users, business leaders and other partners to embed a process centric culture across Sweden Operations.



What you'll do

You'll be the one speaking partner for the CPDP in Sweden Operations. This gives you the possibility to be a part of and influence global networks. We're a large region with a lot of experience and competencies to spread to other regions.



With knowledge about the CPDP your main tasks will include:

* Lead the Sweden Operations network for CPDP
* Design and own the process including standards and procedures
* Continuously improve the process and the way it is executed
* Drive adherence to the process
* Contribute when changes occur in regulations around the area and lead their implementation within Sweden Operations.
* Strategically improve the CPDP together with other regions and global process owners.
* Provide training materials, expert advice and coaching



Essential for the role

To succeed and thrive in this role, you need to be a good communicator with ability to describe and teach complex processes with ease to colleagues with different levels of understanding. As you'll be collaborating both regionally and globally you need to be knowledgeable around CPDP to keep the integrity of the process and your network .

* You are driven and influence other to follow your lead: work independently, goal-oriented, lead activities and follow up on results.
* You have the ability to create structure and make things happen despite tricky conditions.
* You yourself need to be open for changes and have a good strategic ability to influence and anchor when introducing new and/or changed working methods.
* Extensive experience of collaborating in cross-functional teams.
* Lean and Business Process Management experience is important to be successful in the role
* Fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English



Desirable for the role

Experience in programme/project management, with a consistent track record would be advantageous. As would, experience of working in a global organization with complex/geographical context. Experience from working in the pharmaceutical industry is also an advantage.
