German fluent Customer Support must be based in Bulgaria
Working Model: WORK FROM HOME Monday- Friday 9am-6pm
Location: Bulgaria
Salary: 3500 BGN gross
Training: 2 weeks
Language: German fluent+ English B2
Contract: Permanent
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from customers, to provide guidance on creating a service request.
Assist customers to do basic troubleshooting for phone, watch and other devices.
Do outbound calls and timely follow up to customers to resolve their issues.
Resolve repair discrepancies / delays.
Look into part inquiries & product or liability issues.
Assign a ticket to respective team if they unable to resolve customer issue.
Requirements:
Fluent German and B2 in English
Basic technical exposure to multiple browser types, Microsoft products and smart devices.
Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with multiple issues simultaneously.
Be able to understand client needs.
Be able to present complex information in a simple way.
