WFM Scheduler & Traffic Supervisor, Customer Service
We are establishing a state-of-the-art Global Engagement Centre operation, optimized for our customer target group with a high degree of automation and a dynamic, energetic, modern and welcoming customer experience. Today, we have one operational center based in Maastricht, Netherlands - supporting multiple markets. Tomorrow, we will operate from multiple cities around the globe. We will always be one touch away, whenever curious people or and beloved members needs us.
We believe that you are an unpretentious person who does not deem any task too big or too small. As a person, you are organized, have great attention to details and want to be a part of building this function from scratch!
What you'll do
- Schedule team-members and tasks for our customer service operation, currently based in Maastricht but you will operate from Gothenburg, Sweden.
- Follow up and analyze adherence in relation to set objectives and goals.
- Traffic management, making sure that we (real time) prioritize in best possible way to secure customer experience.
What you should have
- A backpack with experience within customer service and preferably Work Force Management.
- Attention to details - you have a great ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy in your daily work.
- Organized way of working - you’re a star in managing lots of stuff at the same time!
