What’s in it for you?
At Tooling & Equipment and Paint within Manufacturing Engineering Paint we develop and implement quality-assured, flexible, effective, and reliable production systems and equipment solutions in our Paint shop.

Our mission is to develop and support projects with Mechatronic and IT solutions within Paint locally and globally, we also manage the installations projects in our plants.
Now we are looking for a new colleague within the competence area of Mechatronics and Industrial IT.

What you’ll do
The Equipment engineer is responsible for mechanical, automation design and safety solutions that are specified in our quotations towards suppliers.

The challenge for this role is for the following   years to develop our new production system and modify our existing lines for our next generation of cars. The new developed production lines must be flexible, low in energy consumption and have high technical availability and maintainability.

Do you fit the profile?
We are looking for a positive and proactive team player with project leading skills or experience in the way of working in a project environment. We see that you have high personal integrity and strong communications skills since you have many interfaces within the company. In order to fully enjoy the job, you also need to have a structured way of working.
The ideal candidate has an academic degree within areas of Automation and Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
You need to be fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
Other experience and knowledge that is needed to embrace this role is:
•    High automation competence
•    Experience from PLC programming
•    Experience from electrical installations
•    Experience from industrial IT
•    Commission experience
•    System Engineering
•    Requirements Engineering
