Wholesale Assistant

We are looking for a Wholesale Assistant

ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for a temp Wholesale Assistant for one year. In this position you will be the daily contact to our retailers around the world concerning orders, deliveries etc. You will be an important part of the Wholesale team, supporting them with administration as well as customer service and other departments at the company. 

Your tasks will include but not be limited to: 


• Email correspondence with global retailers and distributors
• Handling samples
• Sending out payment reminders
• Placing orders
• Other administrative tasks that may arise in the department
• Direct sales to smaller markets within Europe

The position is a temporary position, reaching from beginning of December 2021 until end of December 2022. You will be based at our Stockholm Office, and you will report to Head of Wholesale. 

QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this position we believe that you have the following qualifications and experience:


• Age does not matter to us; however, we think that you are currently studying Sales, Business or equivalent
• Good Swedish and excellent English both written and spoken
• Knowledge in other languages? Great! We believe that could come handy in this position
• Good knowledge in the Office package, especially Excel.
• A natural sales person
