Job Description
At Monki Buying & Design, we work together in cross functional teams to create vibrant, current collections that inspire our Monki girls to express themselves through personal style. We create the product that is the foundation of Monki’s outstanding customer experience.
In the role as Wholesale Buyer Assistant, you will work in close collaboration with our Wholesale functions, creating an efficient and smooth partnership and work process. Your tasks will focus mainly on administration and communication connected to orders: handling orders, making updates and changes between the buying office and wholesales function. You will work at our head office in Gothenburg in a tight team of Buyers, Patternmaker and Designer, developing new collections for all our global sales channels.
Qualifications
As our next Wholesales Buyer Assistant, you should have a degree in textile or buying. Previous retail or buying experience is a plus. We believe that you are skilled in and enjoy administrative work and staying organized when there are a lot of things going on. In addition to this you combine a love of fashion and an understanding of retail and trends with a professional attitude. You are driven with strong communication skills. Our way of working is based on great teamwork. With your friendly, open-minded attitude and big heart, you’ll fit right in.
Additional Information
This is a temporary position starting as soon as possible until the end of the year, located at our Head Office in Gothenburg, Sweden. Please note that we are an international company, and our internal language is English.
