We are looking for a switched-on, positive and personable Wholesale Manger to join our ambitious and supportive team to drive growth in the Swedish market.

Bestair is one of the industry’s most innovative importer and distributor of HVAC products, with our headquarters in Estonia, we have a 20 year history and outstanding knowledge in installation and maintenance of heating, cooling and ventilation and solar systems. We are an international company operating in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Scandinavia who represent some of the top brands in the industry such as Panasonic, Electrolux, CTC and Stiebel Eltron. Our mission is providing our customers with not only quality products and but wholistic services from design to installation.

The Wholesale Managers main tasks would include: Sales and planning of heating and cooling systems
High quality oral and written client communication
Understanding the needs of the client, finding, and offering the best solutions
Calculating and compiling quotes/offers
Collaboration within team members
Driving results and achieving KPIs
Travelling to meet customers as required throughout Sweden

In your first 6 months in role, you should: Acquire the necessary specific knowledge and can convey it convincingly and clearly to customers
Act proactively, contributing to the development of the field and the acquisition of relevant know-how
Increase product sales according to the sales plan
Raise customer awareness about what Bestair has to offer

Skills and education needed: Preferably higher professional education
Previous experience as sales manager
Experience with heating and cooling systems
Good understanding of the HVAC market
Ability to read technical drawings and project plans
Experience in project sales
Microsoft Office package
Swedish– at least B2/C1
English – at least B2/C1

Finds ways to familiarize oneself with the information, changes and developments in the field and constantly increases the knowledge base in one's field. Very good oral and written self-expression skills, negotiation skills - Can communicate with partners and clients at a very good level and present information both orally and in writing in Swedish and in English. Has good analytical and consultative skills.
Ability to work independently - Keeps agreements and promises. Is responsible and able to find the best solutions independently, to perform tasks systematically and on time.
Proactive and stands up for their opinions- Has own vision and can find new solutions.

This recruitment is being carried out by a cooperation between Bestair and Barona. The position is a full-time permanent position, starting with a probationary period of 6 months.
