The Body Shop is recruiting a Wholesale Operations Coordinator for the Swedish and Danish market.
This role will support wholesale to deliver the sales plans/strategies through efficient orders management, and the overall operational efforts required to fulfil the sales plans with wholesale partners, and general support to analytics required to drive sell-through and provide clarity on sales forecasts and performance. The role is a permananent position based at The Body Shop service office in central Stockholm.
THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
The role supports the B2B/Wholesale manager with administration as well as planning for all B2B and Wholesale for The Body Shop in Sweden & Denmark.
Pre-season launch preparation to ensure all required details and files are updated in the order and registration process.
Coordinate by managing schedules and communicating relevant information to ensure wholesale partners have the most up-to-date brand & product information, stock availability, shipping documents etc.
Support with demand planning to forecast key launches, aligning quantities.
Responsible for sending Ad samples to photo-shoots within the requested time frame.
Day-to-day orders management.
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
Constantly check websites to ensure all data is correct, make adjustments as necessary.
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Inform partners of unforeseen delays or problems.
Analytical performance and forecast Production.
Support to Prepare Sell- in tools
Assortment management with an analytic approach to support amendment decisions.
Analytic reports to ensure optimal coordination with commercial and supply teams.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You have:
2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role, prefarably within wholesale operations and understanding of the Beauty retail industry would be a great advantage.
Are Highly Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
You are skilled in analytical productions as well have a high level of organisational skill.
Ability to multitask and when being given multiple projects and/or assignments at once.
Strong follow up, follow through and attention to detail needed
Confidence communicator with ability to cope with a fast paced and fast changing environment
Fluent in Swedish or Danish and high level of English (verbal & writing)

TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT: Permanent contract, 100%, 40 hours/week with a 6 month probation period.
START DATE: 15th January 2022 or after mutual agreement
