We are now looking for competence profiles within IT support. You will be part of a team that provides user support and support functions in addition.
We are looking for you who are experienced or just starting your career with a few years of experience.
The team provides support to a very large technology-intensive company with about 10,000 users. You will work in a team of 10-15 colleagues and be placed with an external client in Kista. Since the department mainly works with physical support for the company's users, it is important that you find the social part of the work both fun and rewarding. Meeting people is a major part of the daily activities.
You will be part of a team that provides support for PC, MAC, mobile, printers, networks, software, hardware and more. In other words, the services are broad IT roles, but with the opportunity to also supplement with a special area to which you colleagues turn. For a social IT technician, this is truly the dream job!


Competence profile IT support technician
IT support that works with installation, configuration, troubleshooting and testing of computer clients, monitors and mobile phones ((both hardware, software (iOS, Android) including peripherals))
knowledge in O365, Network, Print services, Server, Active Directory, MAC, Intune is an advantage
experience of HW testing
experience of managing related administration and documentation in line with the team's work processes



In general, we see it as advantageous that you also have
worked with IT support for a few years
IT training
great interest in IT/technology



English in speech and writing is a requirement.
As a person, you are goal-oriented, driven, accurate, analytical and service-conscious. Your communication skills and sense of service are well developed and you are easy to work with internally with your employees, as well as externally with the client.
We believe that you can easily switch between different tasks and have the ability to keep several tasks running at the same time. You are outgoing and have a very good ability to interact with other people to help them with their IT problems. You also have a strong will to share your knowledge and maintain your technical skills.
