Amaya Gaming is looking for a Windows System Administrator within our Corporate IT team. As a System Administrator, you will contribute to the team's overall success by providing assistance to all users, both locally and internationally, with software and hardware related issues. As an integral part of IT operations, you will strive for excellence, continuously working to deliver top system functionality and service to our customers worldwide.
Your place at the table
Corporate IT is responsible for supporting all internal users local and worldwide with the Corporate business critical systems and applications used. Services offered by Corporate IT are:
Desktop hardware Service, E-mail, Account administration, Remote access, Telecommunications, Application hosting, File and Print Services, Client Installation/Service, Desktop Support and Network Support.
- System administration of Servers, Windows, Mac and virtual machines
- End user support for applications and access
- Installation of hardware and software products/solutions/tools
- AD administration
- Mail administration
- Database (MSSQL) administration
- Backup handling
- System monitoring
- VPN administration
- Network administration
- Ticket handling
- Evaluation of new products and solutions
- Purchasing equipment/applications
Your skills and experience
To succeed in this role we think you possess the following:
- Active Directory, MS Infrastructure related knowledge, MS Exchange, SharePoint, Lync, MS SCCM, MSSQL, Administration of virtual environments (VMware based) and Network, Firewall and Storage administration, Basic understanding of ITIL
- At least 3 years of experience with most of the requirements above within a mid-sized company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are an absolute must to provide a high level of support
