About us
Service Operations & Technology operates in Cars Service Operations, responsible for making life less complicated for consumers by providing efficient, desired and sustainable technical solutions and concepts for our service providers. This responsibility goes all the way from product creation to implementation in the markets. The ART Data Driven Service & Software within Service Operations & Technology need talented people on board. What you will do
You will collect and review as well as refine necessary information to produce aftermarket wiring diagrams. You will also support users of the information with regards to content, structure and presentation, and when necessary, make corrections and improvements. As a wiring diagram editor, you will also contribute to continuous improvements of processes and tools. Since you will join a team working agile, you will be participating in team ceremonies and adhere to the teams’ way of working agile.
Who you are
You are a team player with a problem-solving mindset and a well-developed understanding of electrical systems and cable harnesses. You have the capability of abstract thinking and the ability of relating schematic representations of information to physical products. You have a positive attitude and have excellent communication skills. Strong customer focus, courage, and an ability to balance stakeholders are also important competences in this role. Further, more you have experience in electrical architecture design and/or wire harness design. Excellent language skills in English both speaking and writing.
Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or equivalent experiences and studies. SAFe/Agile experience and adapt easily to different situations and specific needs.
