Are you a creative, passionate and professional fashion Print & Graphic Designer who would love to work at the H&M Head Office in Stockholm, Sweden? We are looking for a talented Junior Designer for our H&M Women’s casualwear concept.
The H&M Head Office is based in Stockholm, Sweden, where we design and develop our fashion & Homeware collections for a wide variety of customers globally. H&M is a dynamic international work culture where high pace and rapid changes are a natural part of our day. Good communication skills, a flexible attitude and capacity to adapt to changes are essential!


Job Description

You will also be working together with a strong team which could include a, Pattern Maker, Designer, Planner, Buyer, Product Developer and Business Controller. As a valuable member of the team you will be involved in developing print collections sold globally in all the H&M markets and omni channels. You will be creating commercial fashion prints and as well with a strong focus on front placement graphic & text/typography prints. You will have a good knowledge of working with different fabrics and print techniques. You will contribute with identifying updated fashion print trends for our target customer with your fresh ideas, energy, creativity and fully global perspective. Being a quick learner with good communication skills, a flexible attitude and capacity to adapt to changes, is essential. You have a genuine passion for the latest fashion print trends both from a commercial and an aspirational standpoint. This requires high energy, strong independent drive, creativity and a new perspective. Qualifications

We believe you are a creative individual with a genuine passion for commercial & forward - thinking fashion and also have a keen eye for detail. In addition to this we are also looking for:
Professional experience/personal skills:
A minimum of a BA qualification in Fashion Textile/Print or Graphic Design or equivalent
A minimum of 2 year’s industry experience as a Junior/Print Designer
Knowledge with different print techniques & how to make technically print ready
Experience of creating all over repeat & placement prints/ typography prints
Excellent illustration drawing skills
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite programs
3D CLO work experience is meriting
A visionary & commercial mindset staying updated on current and future trends
Strong communication skills and flexible approach
A team player who brings diverse and global perspectives
Likes a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment with parallel tasks in an organized, structured manner
Fluent in English (Swedish is not necessary)



Additional Information
