Job Description
We are now looking for a Womens Concept Designer
As a Concept Designer you have the responsibility for creating and optimizing the best possible offer for our customer. You are responsible to lead and inspire the assortment development from a strong and clear design vision all the way through to the customer. H&M Move is run essentially as a start-up within the H&M Group and as such, the role will require a broader, entrepreneurial, and very agile growth mindset.
We are looking for a visionary strong leader with the ability to take our womens assortment to the next level combining fashion and sportswear.You have a global, curious mindset and a genuine passion for women fashion. You are well organized, love to collaborate across different teams within our brand with strong and clear communications skills. You enjoy taking ownership and being flexible in your way of working. You are motivated by building the Womens sports collection, adapting and finding new ways of working in a creative, highly entrepreneurial, and diverse environment.


Qualifications
In addition to matching the personal profile we also seek the following:
An experienced Design Manager/ Senior designer that has knowledge of leading a team and looking to take the next step.
Extensive experience from an aspirational womens fashion &/or sportswear design background
Documented design leadership experience from fashion retail
Passion for sports and fashion demonstrating strong creative direction with this combination.
A strong visionary with an understanding of commercial product & customer focus
High competence in assortment building, color, material, cut, silhouette and fit.
Agile entrepreneurial mindset and adaptable to fast changes in a start-up like environment
A flexible, positive, and inspirational team player
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs
Excellent communication & presentations skills in English, written and verbal
