We are assisting our client in their recruitment for Swedish speaking candidates who wish to join their customer relations team in the Netherlands. You can work anywhere in the Netherlands, regardless of whether you want to experience the stunning capital Amsterdam or enjoy life on the countryside (NB! relocation to the Netherlands is required). 

  

Your new routine...

...starts with a morning coffee, followed by opening all the systems you need to prepare yourself for the inquiries of the customers. This will be handled via incoming phone calls, emails and chat. The customer comes first here, and you will be in charge of providing the highest possible service. Questions can range from inquiries about technical issues, payment, streaming devices, and content amongst others.





The ideal candidate

Has great communications skills in Swedish and English (both written and oral)

Is willing to relocate on short notice or is already living in The Netherlands

Can work full-time on rotational shifts

Has an interest in streaming services and is tech-savvy 

Is a great listener and has previous experience with customer service
