With your passion for inspriring your colleagues you will easily find ways of meeting the team goals and support people in their personal careers. As this position is fully remote, you decide where you want to live - maybe in one of the burstling cities Amsterdam, Rotterdam or Den Haag or the dreamy countryside near sandy beaches? What would you choose?
  

A typical day in your new position 

After a chat with your team over a morning coffee, you begin to plan the day and find ways to support the performance of the team. Your tasks will be varying, including the research to keep yourself updated with the latest trends in entertainment and technology, the decision-making regarding operational targets and the communciation with your team members. 







The ideal candidate

Has great communications skills in Swedish and English (both written and oral)

Is willing to relocate and can work full-time on rotational shifts

Is a great listener and team player

Has previous experience with developing a team and a passion for leadership (1-2 years)
