About the position

You will work in tight collaboration with the Product team, in order to secure the best customer offer.
Your daily tasks
The Junior Planners mission is to support the Planner in optimizing the assortment, planning and buying in order to maximize growth and profitability for each channel/region. Above all, this is an administrative role where you will:
Administer the planning, inventory status, and purchase.
Administer rankings by region based on the total ranking set by a Purchase Manager.
Administer orders.

There will also be other tasks to support Planner such as to:
Be helpful in the goal of creating a strategy that contributes to the company's growth.
Find new sales opportunities based on data you can access in collaboration with the product team
Keep track of the schedule and coordinate it so that it matches the entire department's schedule.

For the energetic, there will be great opportunities to develop and get more responsibility and tasks over time.
Your qualifications
The one we are looking for is a clever, fast learner, humble and lovely doer who can quickly get acquainted with new systems. We believe that you have completed post-secondary education in finance, purchasing and logistics, or similar, and have some previous work experience of administrative tasks. You get the job done in a fast pace without compromising on quality and you have an eye for numbers and can quickly spot any errors. As a person you are social, outgoing and positive, which makes it easy for you to co-operate with others and you always take responsibility for your work. Naturally it’s a great advantage if you have an interest in clothes and fashion! With a sense of what sells and what doesn't, there are even more opportunities.

Requirements
A higher degree in business administration, purchasing or another relevant field
Some administrative work experiences
Experience of similar work tasks
Very good knowledge of Excel and experience with systems
Great communication skills in both Swedish and English as both these languages are used in daily work

Meritorious
An interest in fashion

Contract type and hours
Full-time consulting assignment. Start at the end of March 2022 and covers at least 6 months.
