Volvo Bil i Göteborg AB provides leasing products and services to Volvo Car Groups and partners where they are offered a holistic experience for leasing and fleet. We cater to Volvo Car Group, Volvo Group, Polestar and Geely with company cars. Our customer base for leasing cars also includes Hertz and Volvo On Demand.
Our business also includes the sale of pre-owned cars to Swedish and European Volvo dealers. Volvo Bil has nearly 250 employees.

About the role
We are looking for a Quality and Work Environment Specialist with increased responsibility for work environment coordination. 
In this role, you will report to Volvo Bil's Head of Business Office Fleet, but also have an active collaboration with Volvo Bil's HR organization. You will have a varied work with a large contact area, both within Volvo Bil and other Volvo Cars organizations.

What you will do
You will coordinate and support development of work environment quality related questions, and operations in TU and Torslanda.
One of your tasks is to follow up on, coordinate and support our various operations and run and develop our management system. To ensure that the business is conducted in accordance with the company's processes, current regulations, and requirements.
You will participate in planning meetings for future strategies, support managers and employees in work environment related tasks and prepare and conduct internal and external audits.
You will also carry out risk assessments, conduct improvement work and follow up on measures taken, as well as interpret laws, regulations and standards in the area and based on them, develop concrete routines and instructions.
The role also require, drive of ISO work and set processes for continuous improvement and quality control.  

Who you are
You have a university degree in this field or relevant experience within Work Environment/ Environmental science, or chemistry.
You have a good knowledge of Swedish work environment legislation and great interest in further developing this knowledge.
You are self-motivated, structured, confident in your role and have at least three years of experience in relevant quality, and work environment tasks, according to the requirements of ISO where you are certified in or have documented experience within.
You have a positive attitude, ability to thrive in a flexible organization and are committed to new challenges. You have experience of working with continuous improvements, corrective measures as well as risk assessments.
Yor are used to communicate with external contacts such as authorities and can express yourself well in both Swedish and English (speech and writing)
Furthermore, it is meritorious if you have knowledge and experience in developing and streamlining processes as well as business changes.
