Are you interested in fashion and are service oriented? Do you master Finnish, Norwegian or Danish, as well as Swedish and English? Do you want to contribute to our goal of offering our customers the best service experience? Kappahl is now looking for you who wants to work extra in Customer Support, at our Head Office in Mölndal.

Your responsibility We are now looking for extra staff who are interested in fashion and are sales driven with a high sense of service. If you're already working part-time in the store, this is an opportunity to top up your hiring with a few extra shifts – as long as your in-store employment is always the first priority.

Our ultimate goal is to make the customer happy with fast and accurate answers, along with a complete shopping experience. Your responsibility includes fining the best solution in each individual customer contact. Examples of questions can be about assortment, advice, fashion, orders, complaints, deliveries and environmental responsibility. Customers contact us by phone, email, chat and social media. We are open weekdays between 08.00-18.00.

You will be part of a larger team and be located at our head office in Mölndal. You will be Kappahl's voice out to our customers but also the customer's voice to us and will also have close contacts with other departments in out organization.

Your competence In addition to secondary education, you have precious experience of customer meetings in different contexts and are passionate about providing customers with the best possible service! If you also have experience of customer meetings in stores, preferably in the fashion industry, it is meritorious. We meet our customers in many channels, sometimes at the same time and at a fast pace. It is a prerequisite that with a professional approach you can handle stressful situations and deliver good quality at work in a fast and efficient way. The customer should always receive a professional and committed response. You work at the computer and switch between many systems, therefore it is important that you have good IT understanding.

Language skills At this stage, we are only looking for employees who are fluent in Finnish, Norwegian or Danish, as well as Swedish and English in booth speech and writing.

Your personality You are prestigeless and solution-oriented and have great drive and initiative. You are stimulated by working and collaborating at a fast pace in a large organization. At the same time, you are good at structuring you own work based on workload and schedules and appreciate facing new challenges. We will work together in a team with the goal of creating world-class customer service, which requires that you are a committed team player with the customer in focus.
