Work-Force Manager - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a work force manager for supporting the management team in the development of different types of relevant KPIs. At the same time, you spend some of your time with the teams to support and enthuse the possibilities of working fact-based and data driven.

What you'll do:
● Responsible for forecasting and capacity planning for insurance administrative activities – through analysis of historical volume and handling times in combination with planned initiatives based on the joint co-planning.
● Work actively together with the management team for the business to create the right value based on our mission.
● Provide ongoing follow-up for the business to be conducted through fact-based decisions.
● Estimate capacity and competence needs linked to each process that affects the department's operations.
● Identify deviations, needs and challenges by constantly having continuous improvements in focus.
● Collaborate with other parts of the organization, as well as contribute to management work.
Who you are:
● Experienced and confident in supporting and coaching and have previously held the role of WFM, for example in customer service operations.
● Prior experience in follow-up of goals and KPIs, forecasting, capacity planning, support and coach the use of data for fact-based analysis.
● Likes to work in a structured way and can raise your eyes to see the big picture, have a positive attitude and are happy to share your knowledge with others.
● Open to change, a good team player who is responsive and unpretentious, purposeful and have a strong driving force.
