Do you have previous experience in customer service and is looking for a position where you can work from home? Then we might have the right position for you!

We’re currently looking for Customer Service Agents to support our client’s customers. Our client provides extraordinary products related to parenting solutions that makes spending time with your child exciting and easy. You will be working for a leading brand of the parental products industry which strives for continuous innovation, and which provides products of the highest quality and that are built to last. You will provide advice and/or service to customers, coordinate service activities and assist in the maintenance and reporting of service data with the objective to satisfy retailers and consumers.

Your work tasks will include:
• Handle service requests from retailers and consumers by telephone and e-mail and chat.
• Provide product information, store information, and increase customer satisfaction and conversion;
• Provide support to customers about products related to parenting and child well-being;
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems and identify replacement components;
• Register and report relevant data including customer complaints in order to capture detailed service data, to be used for analyses and the provision of input to R&D about potential for product/quality enhancements;
• Enter and process (service) orders ranging from free-of-charge in-warranty service orders to paid replacement parts and accessories. Perform basic math calculations, handle credit card information and perform light shipping duties;
• Provide clerical or administrative support such as filing and documentation of (post) sales service records.

For this position StudentConsulting is responsible for the recruitment process but you will be directly hired by our client. Start date is 19 september and you will then start with an introduction scheduled monday to friday, 9.00 - 18.00. After this period you will be working in shift rotation between the opening hours of 09:00 to 17:30, Monday to Sunday.

Din profil
• Previous working experience in customer service;
• Preferable, professional or personal experience with parenting product industry brand;
• Customer oriented, team player, positive, friendly, flexible;
• General proficiency with Microsoft Office;
• We're looking for proficient speakers (both written and verbal) in Swedish and English.
